Canon's successor to the ultra successful Digital Rebel XT. In the US the camera will be called the Digital Rebel XTi and in the rest of the world referred to as the EOS 400D. There are many obvious improvements to this model over the original XT.

The most significant are the 10.1 MP resolution, 9-point autofocusing system, automatic dust removal (using pulse vibrations), and a much larger and brighter screen.
